General Information

Early Buy orders occur twice a year: SPRING-EVERYDAY and FALL-WINTER. Suecoffee.com will send you and email when the Early Buy window begins and when it is about to end. It is very important to keep Sue Coffee informed with your current email address. Be sure to visit the EARLY BUY page on suecoffee.com for any updates.

Ordering
Deadline for new members to submit 20% Early Buy Orders for 2010 Fall - Christmas is June 30th

• Please submit your 20% Early Buy Orders through suecoffee.com to ensure accuracy.
  
  
• Your credit card will not be processed until your order is ready to ship.

• All sales are final on EARLY BUY orders (pre-ordered items can not be deleted). Facial requests can not be made on 20% orders or items on sale.
  
  
• Feel free to add items to your open order. Email suecoffee@aol.com with the item number(s) and names or cut and paste the shopping cart order into an email to suecoffee@aol.com with your first and last name.
  
  
• To ensure you receive the items you desire, I highly recommend pre-ordering.
  
  
• When entering items into the shopping cart, the price will not reflect the 20% discount. Please enter "Club Member-Early Buy" in the Notes section when placing all 20% Early Buy orders. You will receive a copy of your order with the 20% deducted off the appropriate items within 3 business days after the order has been submitted. Please print out a copy for your records.
  
  
• Shipping/Insurance charges will not be included in this total. The order needs to be boxed and weighed in order to calculate shipping/insurance.
  
  
• NOTE: 20% will not apply to orders placed after the deadline.

  Please mail check to: Sue Coffee, 10 Saunders Hollow Rd., Old Lyme, CT 06371. Checks should be dated and mailed when you place your order. Please request a total of the shipping and insurance rates in the NOTES section when placing your order. You will receive an email with a copy of the order with the 20% deducted along with the shipping/insurance.

• Orders will be charged and shipped as the items arrive in stock. You will receive an email with the tracking number the day your order ships.
  

Shipping

• Free shipping/insurance DOES NOT apply to 20% Early Buy orders or back-orders. Shipping and insurance rates will be added to all 20% orders. Sue Coffee charges only the actual shipping/insurance charges.
  
  
• To save on shipping and to ensure a safer and more reliable delivery, I suggest having your order shipped to your place of employment.
  
  
• All orders will ship COMPLETE unless special requests have been made in the NOTES section when ordering. Split orders will incur additional shipping/insurance charges. Shipping will be "As Ready". Please check individual item numbers periodically for ship dates.
  
  
• Feel free to submit separate orders. There is no limit as to the amount of orders that may be submitted, as long as they are entered before the deadline to qualify for the 20%.
