    Prices listed on site do not include shipping / insurance. Shipping rates vary depending on carrier, destination, value and size of box.

Due to these fantastic savings, reasonable shipping and insurance will be charged on all orders except orders containing all 2010 product.

    Orders containing 2010 product plus other items, will be charged the minimum of $5.95.

    Suecoffee.com does not profit from shipping/insurance charges. There are no hidden handling fees. You will be charged what Fed-Ex or USPS charges.

    Insurance is required on all FREE SHIP 2010 orders.
    The cost will be added to the total of your order.

    $50.01  to  $100 - $2.65
    $100.01 to $200 - $3.65
    $200.01 to $300 - $4.65
    $300.01 to $400 - $5.65
    $400.01 to $500 - $6.65
    $500.01 to $600 - $7.65
    $600.01 to $5,000 - $7.55 plus $1.15 for each $100 or fraction over $600 in           declared value.

    Shipping charges for orders $50 or less = $5.95 (insurance included)
    $50 or less orders weighing over 1 lb will be charged carrier rate + insurance


    Free Shipping on orders OVER $50 only applies to orders that contain only 2010 product.

    Free ship offer only pertains to the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii - shipping/insurance will be added to the total of the order).

    The day your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number from either FedEx (trackingUpdates@fedex.com) or USPS (info@stamps.com). If you have Spam Block, be sure to add the emails listed below to your list to allow messages.

    To ensure a safer and more reliable delivery, have your order shipped to your place of employment. Fed-Ex orders shipped to a business are less expensive than to a residence and take first priority in delivery. Fed-Ex does not require a signature if they feel you have a safe place to leave the package. If an incorrect address is submitted and the shipment is returned, the customer is responsible to pay the cost to re-ship the order. If the order is delivered, the customer will be charged an Address Correction Fee of $5.00.

    Please be sure to submit the correct information and verify it when you receive your order confirmation.


    Canada
    Orders to Canada must exceed $50.00. Orders will ship AirMail/Priority, along with Customs Declaration and will be insured for the full amount. Shipping and insurance charges will be added to the total of the order. Please allow 3-4 days for processing shipments to Canada.     Free ship offer does not apply to Canada.

  • Locator Service:
    If you are looking for anything in particular, let me know and I will be happy to find it for you. Sales are final on special orders. If I have a "set" listed and you only want one of the two dolls, email me and I will put you on the waiting list. I might consider breaking the set, but please do not expect the price to be half of the asking price. It will now be harder to sell the single doll.

  • Photos - Facial Expressions:
    I cannot guarantee facial expressions if the Eyes and Mouth are not mentioned in the description. If just the eyes are mentioned, then the mouth artwork may vary from the photo. Direction of the eyes is not guaranteed. Some photos are from the Annalee dealer catalogs. These catalogs are produced a year prior to the actual year so there might be minor design or accessory changes. In some instances, the faces that were photographed for the catalog photos were never used in the line. If only one face was produced, I always try to mention this in the description. If a particular face is desired, please mention this in the Notes section when placing your order or Call me at 860-434-5641. I will do my best to accommodate your request. Facial requests will not be accepted on Sale Items. Dolls that are graded as Excellent / Very Good/ Good / Poor may not come in the original Annalee bag, but a plastic bag instead.   • Layaway: Check/Money Order/Credit Card: 1/3 down at time of ordering, 1/3 due 30 days after 1st payment and the final 1/3 due 60 days after initial order.

    Minimum layaway is $75.00.
    If a layaway order is cancelled, the first payment will be treated as a restocking fee and will be forfeited. Any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit. If a scheduled payment is more than 5 days late, a $5 late charge will be added. If a payment is more than 30 days late, the order will be cancelled, the first payment (restocking fee) will be forfeited and any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit. The price of any item ordered under a layaway plan will be the price on the date the item was ordered, even if the price of the item is subsequently reduced or increased. No layaway orders between December 1 and December 31.

  • Returns:
    "I'm not happy until you are." Request for the return of a product must be received by SueCoffee.com within three (3) business days of receipt, at which time a Return Authorization will be issued. No boxes will be accepted without notifying Sue Coffee and obtaining a R/A number. R/A number must be present on outside of box when returning any items. Item must be returned in the original condition it was originally shipped. Once it has been inspected, your money will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Suecoffee.com does not reimburse for return shipping. Please insure all returns for the price you paid. No returns on special orders, Early Buy orders or orders containing sleighs or domes.


  • Damages:
    When you receive your order, open the package immediately and inspect for damage. Damages must be reported to Sue Coffee within three (3) days after date of delivery. Before replacement items can be shipped to you, a damage claim must first be filed with UPS/ FedEx/ USPS. You must retain all packaging materials for the carrier's inspection.
  • Call for Availability:
    If an item states "Call for availability", this means the item is out of stock. Contact Sue Coffee and you will be notified when the item is in stock.
  • Notes Section on Check Out Page:
    Please use the Notes section at the bottom for entering special requests, questions, comments or personalized messages for gift orders. Examples are: please add to an existing order, I will be away on vacation, ship "in stock" items and create another order with the "back ordered items" ( additional ship/ins will incur), I need this order by 00/00. If you're buying as a gift, gift bags and Annalee cards are available for purchase. Make things easy for yourself and have it shipped directly to the gift recipient.
