Please read the terms listed below. I know this will be confusing for first time users. PLEASE read this whole page and if you have further questions, then give me a call.

Basically, you are pre ordering the upcoming seasons within a designated time frame and receiving 20% off.

* Early Buy orders will occur twice a year:SPRING-EVERYDAY and FALL-WINTER. Emails will be sent with notification of when the Early Buy begins and when it is about to end. It is very important that you keep me informed with your current email. Be sure to check this EARLY BUY page weekly for updates.

* Your total will not reflect the 20% discount, I manually enter the 20% on every order after it has been imported. If you would like a copy of your order with the 20% deducted, I can send it to you as a pdf file. Please mention "send copy of order with 20% deducted" in the NOTES section when submitting the order.

* Please try to remember to enter "Club Member-Early Buy" in the Notes section when placing all 20% Early Buy orders.

* FREE SHIPPING OFFER DOES NOT APPLY TO 20% EARLY BUY ORDERS. Actual shipping and insurance rates will be added to your order. TO SAVE ON SHIPPING AND TO ENSURE A SAFER AND MORE RELIABLE DELIVERY, PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO YOUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.

* The 4' Santa Mouse and the 6' Santa are not included in the 20% Early Buy Program or the Free Gift Program.

* All orders will ship COMPLETE unless special requests have been made in the NOTES section when ordering. Split orders will incur additional shipping/insurance charges. Feel free to submit separate orders. There is no limit as to the amount of orders that may be submitted, as long as they are entered within the time frame to qualify for the 20%. Shipping will be "As Ready". Ship dates will be updated on a per item basis. Please check individual items periodically.

* Your credit card will not be processed until your order ships

* Feel free to add to an existing order until your order ships
Just call or email the item numbers and names. A very easy way is to edit/copy/paste them from suecoffee.com into an email and send to suecoffee@aol.com

* You will receive an email with the tracking number the day your order ships

* I highly recommend pre-ordering due to items prematurely selling out

* All 2008 SPRING-EVERYDAY 20% Early Buy Orders must be submitted through this web site. PLEASE print out a copy of your order confirmation.

* Pre-ordered items can not be deleted.You may add any items to your existing order until it ships. All sales are final on EARLY BUY orders. I can not guarantee facial expressions but will do my best to fill requests

* If you are paying by CHECK or do not feel comfortable with entering your CREDIT CARD on the web, please enter the information below in the CREDIT CARD INFORMATION fields so that the order can still be submitted through the web site

Please request a total of the shipping and insurance rates in the NOTES section when placing your order. I will email you back with the amount of the 20% order once the order has been imported into the system
