All orders placed online will receive a computer-generated email confirming the order (minus credit card number). This order confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated on the order. Please be sure to give your correct email address when placing an online order. You are advised to check all information on the order, including your email and shipping address, before clicking the submit button.

Layaway: Check/Money Order/Credit Card: 1/3 down at time of ordering, 1/3 due 30 days after the order date and the final 1/3 due 60 days after initial order.
Minimum layaway is $75.00. If a layaway order is cancelled, the first payment will be treated as a restocking fee and will be forfeited. Any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit. If a scheduled payment is more than 5 days late, a $5 late charge will be added. If a payment is more than 30 days late, the order will be cancelled, the first payment (restocking fee) will be forfeited and any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit. The price of any item ordered under a layaway plan will be the price on the date the item was ordered, even if the price of the item is subsequently reduced or increased. No layaway orders between December 1 and December 31.

Returns:
"I'm not happy until you are." Request for the return of a product must be received by SueCoffee.com within three (3) business days of receipt, at which time a Return Authorization will be issued. Item must be returned in the original condition it was originally shipped. Once it has been inspected, your money will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Suecoffee.com does not reimburse for return shipping. Please insure all returns for the price you paid. No returns on special orders, Early Buy orders or orders containing sleighs or domes.
