It has a hand-drawn belly button and rouge on the hands, knees and tips of feet - possibly to indicate that the child was crawling. Annalee put a lot of thought into the design of this doll. Came from the Annalee Museum. Very rare to find in this condition!

Annalee Doll Description: Last one. Facial expression as shown, blue stripe ticking outfit with conical hat, white hands and feet. Nice coloring on outfit and white hands/feet are in great shape. Back of head has two glue spots and I repaired two moth holes on the left side of his head near the seam on the side. Still displays nicely!

Open eyes, open mouth with tongue as shown, white hair, red nose, red with white polka dot outfit and matching conical hat, blue hands and feet. There is a glue repair at the tip of the hat where there was a 1/2" tear. There is still a small hole but not really noticeable. Doll with be bent in sitting position to save on shipping. Great piece! This is from my personal collection.

This doll is a possible prototype because it came from the Annalee Museum. I have never seen another clown dressed like this with the small polks dots and red hands and feet.
