Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Free Ship applies only to current Annalee Dolls made in 2023 and the order contains all 2023 and the subtotal is over $50.

  • Sue Coffee reserves the right to choose shippers and shipping methods on any given order. Restrictions apply - see below.

  • If two or more orders are submitted with the same ship to address, you can request in the NOTES section on your last order to COMBINE ORDERS and ship in one box. There is a $5.00 charge for combining orders. You will be credited the difference for the combined shipping.

  • The majority of the Free Ship Orders go via USPS - Priority Mail. If the order is large and going to the west coast, then it will possibly go via UPS.

  • Orders containing 2023 product plus other items will be calculated accordingly in the shopping cart.

  • Days quoted for receipt of order in the shopping cart are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Suecoffee.com is not responsible for shipping delays. Orders that are refused or returned will be charged 20% restocking fee plus the shipping fee. If the order was Free Ship, then the original shipping charge will also be deducted along with the restocking fee.

  • Free ship offer only pertains to the United States and not Canada. Dolls 15" or taller are not included in the Free Ship to Alaska and Hawaii - shipping/insurance will be added to the total of the order). For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please call me after placing order and give me your credit card info so I can manually charge the shipping charges. Sorry but the cart is not set up to Canada/ Alaska/Hawaii in the Free Ship over $50 on current year product at this time.
  • Orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • USPS ships in 24 - 48 hours (Mon - Fri)

  • UPS ships in 24 - 48 hours (Mon - Fri)

I have done my best to get the shipping prices as accurate as possible. Suecoffee.com does not profit from shipping/insurance charges. There are no hidden handling fees. You will be charged what USPS or UPS charges and your account will be credited the difference if the cart charged higher.

I do my best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase. I reserve the right to notify you after you've purchased an item if there are any additional shipping charges necessary to deliver your order. You also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund upon notification of additional shipping charges.

The day your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number from either "suecoffee@aol.com" for your Priority Mail shipment or UPS. If you have Spam Filter, be sure to add these emails to your list to allow messages. Gmail.com please check your Promotions folder.

To ensure a safer and more reliable delivery, have your order shipped to your place of employment. UPS orders shipped to a business take first priority in delivery and require a signature. UPS orders do not require a signature if UPS feels you have a safe place to leave the package. UPS orders over $500 will require an indirect signature - meaning a neighbor can sign, or a note on the door with the tracking number and your signature stating Fed-Ex permission to leave the package. Fed-Ex orders over $900 will require a direct signature - meaning it has to be signed by the recipient. If your order is over $900 and you are not home during the day, please consider having it sent to work or to a family member or friend that is home. If an incorrect address is submitted and the shipment is returned, the customer is responsible to pay the cost to re-ship the order. If the order is delivered, the customer will be charged an Address Correction Fee of $5.00.

Please be sure to submit the correct information and verify it when you receive your order confirmation.

Orders to Canada must exceed $75.00. Orders will ship AirMail/Priority, along with Customs Declaration and will be insured for the full amount. Shipping and insurance charges will be added to the total of the order. Please allow 3-4 days for processing shipments to Canada. Free Ship offer does not apply to Canada.
