Online orders are processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your account information to prevent unauthorized access. All orders placed online will receive a computer-generated email confirming the order (minus credit card number). This order confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated on the order. Please be sure to give your correct email address when placing an online order. You are advised to check all information on the order, including your email and shipping address, before clicking the submit button. If there is an error in your order, please notify suecoffee.com immediatley after placing order. Suecoffee.com is not responsible for incorrect items or quantities ordered.

Combining multiple orders
Free free to add to existing orders. Just enter COMBINE in the NOTES section when placing the second order so I know you have already placed an order. I'll combine and credit the difference. Due to the time involved and non refundable bank fees there is a minimum charge of $5.00 on the second order if shipping is charged. Orders must be submitted before the first order is shipped. I often ship same day, so keep this in mind.
 

Payment Methods

Credit Cards       
Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please include credit card number, name on credit card, expiration date and the three-digit security code located on back of credit card and billing address. Double check the expiration date entered before hitting submit. If an incorrect 3 digit number or expiration date is submitted, the card will be declined. Due to the time involved and the extra fees incurred, there will be an additional $5 service charge for manual credit card charges verses entering the information when the order is submitted.

Money orders and cashiers checks
Upon checkout you will be prompted to choose Phone Order or Mailing Payment. Please submit the order. Make Money orders/cashiers checks payable to Sue Coffee. Personal checks are not accepted. There is a $20 fee for returned checks. Money orders and cashiers checks ship immediately. Please use the Mail/ Fax Order Form for all Breyer Horse orders

Please submit your order through suecoffee.com. Upon checkout you will be prompted to choose Phone Order.
The order will be in the system when you call to give your credit card info.

If a layaway order is cancelled, the first payment will be treated as a restocking fee and will be forfeited. Any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit. If a scheduled payment is more than 5 days late, a $5 late charge will be added. If a payment is more than 30 days late, the order will be cancelled, the first payment (restocking fee) will be forfeited and any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit. The price of any item ordered under a layaway plan will be the price on the date the item was ordered, even if the price of the item is subsequently reduced or increased. No layaway orders between December 1 and December 31. Layaways can not carry over into the following year.

Returns/ Refused / Cancelled Orders:
"I'm not happy until you are." Request for the return of a product or problems with an order must be submitted to SueCoffee.com within three (3) business days of receipt, at which time a Return Authorization will be issued. No boxes will be accepted without notifying Sue Coffee and obtaining a R/A number. R/A number must be present on outside of box when returning any items. Item must be returned in the original condition it was originally shipped. Once it has been inspected, your money will be refunded minus a 20% restocking/bank fees. Suecoffee.com does not reimburse for receipt/return shipping. Please insure all returns for the price you paid. No returns on orders shipped to Canada, special orders, or orders containing 4ft and 6ft dolls, sleighs or domes. The policy stated above pertains to returned /refused / cancelled orders.
